More about Dr. Steven Chander, O.D.
When I started practicing in 1995, my goal was to provide Total Eye Health Care with effective diagnosis and treatment of eye disease, using only the best in technology and optical products like eyeglass lenses and contact lenses. Today, I’m proud to say that I’ve not only upheld these standards but have created the model clinic from which our profession can learn. In addition, you’ll feel confident in our constant education program for our staff, and my board certification.
Finally, I believe in providing personalized one-on-one attention and care and ensuring that all our patients receive unhurried attention every step of the way. That’s why I will thoroughly explain your condition and treatment options in very simple, easy-to-understand language. Your findings are always followed up with a detailed report in writing reminding you of your visit, the options, and recommendations for you to keep for your medical eye health records.
I will always take the time to answer questions and address concerns 24/7.
As the clinical director, I oversee our team’s engagement in education. We are constantly learning new efficiencies in serving our patients, developing new systems, and bringing on new eyewear and eyecare technologies. I also help our team work best together in an environment that creates excitement and motivation to become better well-rounded eye care professionals. My hope is to have all my team take home values learned here, serving our patients, to better improve their personal lives at home and with their families as well. I also see our pediatric, adult, and senior patients serving to ensure a healthy long life of the best eyesight!”
